Spiritual co-walking
The spirit blows wherever it wants, but you can sit where it usually pulls.
Spiritual co-walking is about having a co-listener. What is it that the spirit wants for you? How does life want to unfold through you? The one who walks the path of the spirit experiences life as a meaningful mixture of calm and movement, – but often we are lured astray and end up in a stalemate. It is what provides calm and movement that we must listen for together.
Preconceived and general answers are not given, because people are different, but my experience is that it is often our light, rather than the darkness, that frightens us. As a spiritual fellow wanderer, I seek to help you step into your light, whatever that means in concrete terms.
My prerequisite for spiritual co-walking is partly my almost 25 years as a priest and pastor, partly my educations as a spiritual guide and retreat leader with Peter Ruge as teacher, and a 2-year therapist education with Bent Falk, but most important is my personal experiences.
As a very young person, I had a spiritual and existential crisis, which included deep anxiety, stigma marks, existential choices, an experience of rebirth and much more; All of which I wanted to both hide away because it seemed too strange, and to share because there was spirit, life and presence in it.
The crisis required many years of processing, but one of its gifts is the ability to listen without prejudice to others in similar situations. However, you do not have to be in a major life crisis to contact me, the crucial thing is that you long for more spirit, life and presence.
Time and duration
1 time monthly for 6 months. The first time physically for three hours, then online 1 hour monthly. Then we assess together whether the time has come to look for inspiration elsewhere.
