Joint meditation

Meditation has gradually become a respected way to seek peace and balance.

There are many types of meditation. The form I want to practice is a regular guided meditation, where a group is physically gathered.

The word meditation itself means ‘practice, prepare myself for’. The preparation is individual, depending on where you are in life, but common to all is the opportunity to go in depth and focus on spiritual topics. The purpose of that focus is to reach the silence behind the thoughts, where a state of calm awaits, and from which one gains access to a higher consciousness.

I want to gather a group of at least 6 people, who meet on the last Wednesday of the month at 19-21 at:

Price: DKK 100 per session
