Every year in September-October I travel to the Pyrenees in the south of France and visit the old land of the Cathars, and now I have started to bring my sister, Mette. Like me, she has a love for the area, and she can also communicate in French.

If you want to take a week out of the calendar and get new nourishment for body and soul, we would be happy to invite you too – on an insightful, eventful, beautiful and unforgettable trip to the old land of the Cathars.

On the tour, we will visit castles and cathedrals, colorful villages and markets. We will also arrive at Rennes-le Chateau, the town with the famous history of the priest Saunière and his spectacular church. We will also meet local people who will teach us more about life in the area.

We want to use nature and the castles – incl. Montségur – for big moments, meditation, quiet walks and much more. Individually and together, we are supported to new insights so that opportunities can take shape.

Price and practical info

To participate, you must be able to walk on uneven and slightly ascending terrain, and be prepared for drives of 1 to 1.5 hours duration.

We hold an information meeting for the participants before the trip.

Price per participant: DKK 12,500

Date

The trip will take place in weeks 39, 40 or 41 in 2024. The final date can only be set when there are enough registrations, due to the possibility of flight tickets and accommodation.

To get the best out of the trip, we need to be at least 6, maximum 7 people.
